Benito (Ben) Minicucci

President and Chief Operating Officer of Alaska Airlines, Inc.

Mr. Minicucci is President and Chief Operating Officer of Alaska Airlines, Inc. He has been President of that airline since May 2016 and Chief Operating Officer since December 2008. In addition, he was Chief Executive Officer of Virgin America Inc. (a subsidiary of Alaska Air Group) from December 2016 to July 2018. Previously, Mr. Minicucci held various executive positions at Alaska Airlines, including Executive Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Seattle Operations, and Staff Vice President of Maintenance and Engineering. Prior to joining Alaska Airlines in 2004, he spent 7 years at Air Canada in several positions of increasing responsibility, following 14 years of service with the Canadian Armed Forces as an Aerospace Engineering Officer. Mr. Minicucci has been a director of PG&E Corporation and Pacific Gas and Electric Company since July 2018.
